Our tungsten carbide rings and premium stainless steel jewellery are designed for everyday wear and are carefully quality checked before dispatch. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or damage resulting from impact.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing it before using harsh cleaning products and storing it in a dry place when not in use.

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa, with free shipping on orders over R1,500.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and are shipped with trusted courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

AKOA rings are sized using the standard US ring sizing system. For customers familiar with South African or UK letter sizing, we have included a conversion guide below for easy reference.

Please note: Due to the exceptional hardness of tungsten carbide, tungsten rings cannot be resized once manufactured. To ensure you can shop with confidence, we offer one complimentary size exchange on all tungsten rings. PVD Gold Finishes

Our gold-coloured pieces are finished using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) rather than conventional electroplating.

During the PVD process, an extremely thin layer of material is bonded to the surface under vacuum. This creates a finish with better adhesion and wear resistance than traditional plating, helping the colour withstand everyday wear for longer.

It gives us the rich look of gold while retaining the strength and practicality of the material underneath.

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Changed your mind? We want you to feel confident shopping with AKOA.

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Simply log a return, or get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the return process. We’ll arrange the return either by courier collection from your address or via a nearby PUDO locker, whichever is most convenient for you.

A R120 return & restocking fee applied to standard returns & exchanges (excl. first free size exchange for rings).

Please note: Custom engraved rings are made especially for you and are therefore not eligible for returns or size exchanges.

Orders are shipped nationwide with The Courier Guy from our facility in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the following workday. 

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it right to your door.

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. Deliveries in and around Cape Town may arrive sooner, while orders travelling to Johannesburg, Durban and other regions may take a little longer depending on the destination.
